So precision enhancers have a penalty now?
Please explain.
Explain WHY they have a penalty (its not like they are an abused module) and explain why you hate my Ak.0 scout so much.

Which sucks balls for my 2 Precision enhanced + 1 cx profile damp+ armor tanked AK.0 scout.
Tsch. I might as well just equip x3 armor plates and get it over with...
And what about dampeners? they get penalty too at least?

Basically , PRec enhancers have penalty. The more you use, the worse your SCan profile becomes (less dampened you are)

Yes, but less EHP tanked and less Battle prepared.
The fact that i can ONLY be good at 1 Ewar type will make scouts even tankier.
You'll see ...I'll run a 650+ Armor amarr scout with 2 cx prec enhancers and Rattatti will be sorry...

Minmando doesnt have the precision to pick me up, even with penalty, nor the damp to avoid my passive/active scans.
